I agree, thats exactly why i assume the deal is already done.
Like you said, or that move would make no sense at all.
There is no other way to interpret it imo.

You don't give away voting control of your company if you don't have certainties/guarantees. The $25K amount is not even the issue imo.

For me its a clear sign that a deal is struck.

Why we still haven't heard from the company is beyond me.
I was kinda hoping that we would meet milestones with mr. Chan involved.

I'm confident good news will come, its just a matter of when to me.
We've hit rockbottom for a long time so the risk/reward scenario is good imo.

Hopefully we hear something soon rather then "shortly"
