The contact page on the website was just changed to this address in the past couple days, the lab address using Avant's address was also added, and the phone number "being updated" was added.
But I think there is a good chance this might also just be a temporary way of having a physical address. On the recent 8K's the address has been listed as 315 Montgomery St, Suite 900 which is an Executive Suites office- I think you can also just rent the address there to receive mail and use the facilities without an actual desk, They probably got a better deal at Indiana St.and better environment- maybe its even free or close to free with the sponsors they have there?
