1. WHAT DOES FNHI DO?
FNHIs TRUXMART, a wholly owned subsidiary of Franchise Holdings International (FNHI), is taking pickup truck bed covers to a whole new level with creative innovation and technology.
Truxmart sells a variety of pickup tonneau covers, currently FNHI is working to complete and patent the Alpha Helios which incorporates solar panels into the cover, producing over 400 Watts!
2. WHO IS THE CEO?
Steven Rossi is the CEO and majority voter (thru non-convertible preffered shares). Rossi's nickname is "the honest CEO" - this came about due to other CEOs criticizing Rossi for keeping his common share certificates in his drawer and not selling a single share. Rossi doesn't even own a brokerage account according him. He also stated he wouldn't sell a single share whether at 04 or .40 !!

3. WHAT IS THE SHARE STRUCTURE
Due to shareholder requests the CEO has decided to retire 100M of his 112M common shares that he owns - giving himself non convertible preffered shares! See recent PR.
After appropriate filings with state of NV the OS will be 123M shares!
4. ANY CONVERTIBLE NOTES?
No! Two notes were fully retired early 2017, the stock price has bounced back up after these conversions were done due to the potential here. The CEO will no longer accept any convertible notes and looking for funding thru Private Placements!
5.WHY DOES FNHI HAVE A STOP SIGN
FNHI is currently undergoing an Audit months in the making for 2016 financials, and subsequently will file 2017 Q1 and Q2.
6. WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT??
Upon Audit completion, filing of 10k, Q1, and Q2 FNHI will uplist to OTCQB , uplist to the CSE, which will trigger release of $450k from Gunpowder Capital (interest bearing) , these funds will be used to reach revenue targets of 5-10M in 2017-2018, according to the CEO!
7. SHORT TERM CATALYSTS MOVING FORWARD
In addition to mentioned uplists , FNHI will build inventory to grow revenues and potentially enter brick and mortar stores like Autozone ( this will be massive as Autozone orders are huge!) FNHI CEO said with inventory buildup this will be easy!
We could see FNHI compete with BAK industries which was acquired in 2014 for 125M!
