DV, I share your eagerness to see this through and also find your speculations interesting. But let’s first consider how the license fee will be paid. That must take place before George can decide how to use it.
Unless Secure Supply receives a huge lump sum payment from their financier or customer, it seems unlikely to me that they will pay the million dollar license fee to Coates up front. If that is the case, George may be so starved for money that he will agree to being paid in installments. However, I believe the Secure Supply project will have to be to the point of completion that they need the 1 Mw gen set for production before they will ask for delivery. I don’t see them buying one until then.
Question: How long will that take?
