Business begets business. Sure hope he's fine tuning the behemoth by now. Trying to speculate, realistically, what he does with the $1mm license fee. Does he reinvest fully in staff and component parts, does he pay off all convertibles, does he do a share buyback?
I hope he and Barry spend a few days to figure out what working capital they require in lieu of actually receiving deposits. Be a shame to successfully close the deal on Alpha, NJ and spend earned money in the same fashion he spent dilution money.
I know well this is all cart before the V16 horse. Can you imagine the amount of wording in CAPS if he gets the opportunity to put out a PR explaining share structure changes and a paid transaction?! Unless it's 100 degrees there like it is here, get the hell outside!
