I come back from vacation and see it wasn't that quiet on the RMHB front...
After going through everything, This is how I see it :
The Positive:
1- great products -potential first in class category leaders
2- potential great leadership/explosive growth with the Shark Tank guys who bring increased national /international visibility
3- China connections
4-Possible Chinese capital/financing no need for dilutive financing
5-Possible large national distribution/international distribution/infomercial(s)
The negative:
1- The market cap is seemingly forward looking and currently doesnt justify current sales
2-lack of updates from our new MGMT team
3-share structure
4-lack of clear financing for large distribution
5-current PPS trend/market manipulation/traders as well as some inexperienced panicky long term holders(please dont take this personally)
The questions:
1-what is the game plan ?- we need to hear from MGMT. everything is about potential-need to turn some into reality
2-Jerry has left, what kind of impact will that be /along with his common shares/any selling?
3-Lily Li ?- we need to hear a solid plan about China
4- Financing for infomercials/large production isn't cheap, need to hear how this is addressed?
5-all plans regarding production/catskills/mergers are still vague- needs to be solidified
This is how I see it .It is all IMO. We Need clear management direction. There isnt one person on this board who, if they knew when the stock was 15 cents, would not have sold if they knew we were going back to a nickle. So I don't want to hear about it....
It may be a great time to add but I think we need to hear from the bosses first. I am confident that the big guys would not have gotten involved if they did not see the huge potential here. Let's see what is up their sleeves.
