What do we absolutely now know about Prur?
1] It is clearly dose dependent in efficacy observed in humans
2} Some revealing strong trends were observed in the 200mg dose.
Responses were seen within 4wk of dosage,NO plateau effect in time duration.
3}Again in the 200mg cohort 46% of any patient w' a IGA score of 3+
had a 2pt improvement in efficacy in 12wks!!!
4}To say the industry is zeroed in on the interim data of Prur,of this
Non-Biologic is def not an understatement imho.
