suspect NR is *undertaking* what i refer to as a partially laddered cover
(good luck with that one) .. where the *stock* is artificially reset UP a higher %
b4 being artificially reset back a lesser % .. this works until it doesn't .. ie *news*
re: mgmt's ability to execute creates a new pattern of *trading* that NR has to undertake ..
