Nate Tim and Marc got to be quite happy by the massive support they are getting! That MFI and accumulation/distribution took yet another spike up today!! Sheesh, been a while since I've seen technicals like this at this price level in concert with not only an 14 filed, but also radio silence after feb announcement of no Bristol deal. 6months!
The investor confidence seems to be going strong with the assumption new ones trickling in since February.
The float is still very small. June 8th there were still less than 400mil O/S. A/S not increasing until after July 20th.
Anyone know if there is a waiting period around a definitive 14 form?
Anyhoo. The fact that it's for sale online and a product that will obviously sell well off the shelf (initially for sure) tells me there is no doubt something in the works and close to completion by now...I hope
Again, the technicals are hot for a pop! Anyone impatient right now is 100% right to be BUT to sell right now would be just silly with the obvious evidence that folks are intentionally injecting capital week after week into NHMD.
