I disagree with much of what you say. Long ago,

Long ago, an attorney friend (yes, some of them ARE decent people despite the scum of the Rosen-firm types) told me that whenever someone asks a question starting with "Is it fair to say..." that the answer is always NO, it is NOT fair to say, and it's a trap for the unwary.
Likewise, when someone posits a premise by saying "WE ALL KNOW" then in fact we do not all agree, and it is another trap for the unwary.
It is absolutely untrue that "we all agree" that a partnership is "critical to avoid life support."
The company has money in the bank and millions more in as-yet untapped financing from Aspire. A partnership now would be nice, but it is NOT essential to keeping the company solvent and continuing with its development of drugs.
Furthermore, to claim that the management would sell this entire company for 500-600 million, when they KNOW that any one of the three drugs (which have multiple indications, as evidenced by current clinical trials) has far greater value than that -- is utterly absurd. To say that "management would make out handily" is implying that they are just in this for a fast buck. This is totally unsubstantiated and an insult to their integrity and vision.
The one thing I agree with is that we may not see a huge run-up into July 10-13. But then again, we might see it. No one knows.
