dw, Thanks!!!. I am readjusting my diet. The Paleo had me eating too much LDL foods, i.e. meat, sea food. So now I am just adding Paleo since most of the bad pH foods are high in cholesterol, not all. But low pH foods are almost universally low LDL foods. I go an old "Nutrition Almanac" that list the food composition of almost all foods. I'm having fun seeing the bad I have been eating under the Paleo and the good I can now eat, like dried figs, They have only 12 carbs each and NO cholesterol, yummy yummy, a great filling snack for me.Broccoli, cauliflower and most lettuce are incredible low carb and almost zero cholesterol foods. I need to eat more salads.
You are right on with exercise adding to eating less calories, And I do read a lot about intermittent fasting lately.
