Forum National Investments Ltd. (Forum Investments) was incorporated in British Columbia, Canada in 1995. We are a registered public company trading United States market under the symbol FMNL (OTCBB).
Our business focus revolves around developing financial products within the United States Life Settlement marketplace. The Company’s subsidiary the American Life Settlement Society (ALSS) was established for this purpose.
Our prior historical previous business experience in direct to consumer businesses of travel and health has carved the way for the Company’s entrance into the Life Settlement industry in early 2007.

The Spirit of Two Thousand & Ten is an exclusive, 120-foot luxury yacht based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

Executive Team
Daniel Clozza – CEO
Dan is the vision behind ALSS and has been involved with public companies his entire career. Dan has also managed large call centers and retail sales stores grossing over $200 million in sales. Dan is the CEO and founding director of the parent company, Forum Investments, and has held that position since its incorporation in September, 1995.
Martin Tutschek – CFO
Martin has extensive experience in the financial industry including all aspects of building a broker-dealer market and regulatory reporting of public entities. Martin has an undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas. Martin has been the CFO and a director of the parent company Forum Investments since August 2001.
