if there is another MOU extension 8k'd vs a DA being conveyed some investors will get pissed off and decide that their capital (or what is left of it) is better deployed elsewhere. I make those decisions all the time. They sell and the price falls s a result.
Why would you assume it is some kind of market manipulation? Seems to be totally ignorant of normal market dynamics.
And if Rick continue to do this it will eventually go subpenny.
