stock manipulation is illegal and the way to keep getting away with it is
to kill off the targeted company .. so the elephant that is my mind
won't allow *years* to be a factor .. that said i won't argue that current mgmt
has operated in a manner that i wouldn't .. i'm specifically talking about what
P2O itself controls re: material events and their ability to *communicate*
with both actual investors and as aspects pertain re: this emerging sector ..
it's clear that RH doesn't *promote* in any fashion .. 3 updates in 2016 ..
1 so far in 2017
it would be nice to see a blog on P2O's website highlighting sector news
the company out of Utah is *interesting* in how they have gone about
securing partners (private company .. i and a few other *friends* have
been watching for years)
bottom line is only current mgmt controls aspects .. i would love to see
RH seat a BoD and hold an AGM b4 another Q comes to pass ..
zero doubts if there is another MOU extension 8k'd vs a DA being conveyed
we'll see another round of PPS compression .. what will be real and what
will be NR/CEs imo will be reflected in the *volume* and the daily tape
of *trades*
there is a reason *savvy* and *aware* .. targeted OTC mgmt teams do their
utmost to not let their company's stock be taken below 25c and then 10c
it becomes a rather nasty cycle

There's nothing wrong with being objective. Most shareholders are imo. The excuses are getting long in the tooth. "Deals take time" is getting old. This current managements previous history has done nothing to boost their credibility. All of that has been covered time and time again, so we need not rehash. But as you say, all we can do is wait....a deal COULD happen at any moment. Which is why I take the artificial deadline with a grain of salt. Any before that would have to be 8ked. The closer we get without an 8k the more likely we will get another delay.
I've stated what I think is going on and I certainly hope I'm wrong. But my thoughts aren't only my own. A lunch friend said as much a loooong time ago. But we shall see.
