This is new to me, where did you read this? can you quote that part? perhaps i overlooked something, thanks.
"Following SeD Biomedical's preliminary due diligence, SeD Biomedical has informed Amarantus' management of strategic measures that must be met by creditors and certain other parties as a condition for any investment, loan or asset injection by SeD Biomedical.
Neither SeD Biomedical, Amarantus, nor any individuals or entities affiliated with SeD Biomedical and Amarantus (including the management, directors and shareholders of SeD Biomedical and Amarantus) is able to guarantee Amarantus' management's ability to successfully negotiate with creditors or other parties, raise funds or successfully implement a new strategic direction for Amarantus. In the event that creditors and certain other parties decline to participate in the planned restructuring of liabilities to be developed by Amarantus' management under the supervision of the Board, and to execute such releases as may be required in connection with such restructuring, SeD Biomedical reserves the right to terminate the LOI."
They said if the creditors won't participate in their new plan (not the plan in the binding LOIs with the preferreds), they would terminate the SeD LOI.

I recall they did do a valutation on one asset which is worth a minimum of $12.5 million. I'm not sure where i read it but i know this for certain
You don't know this for certain. The preferreds made the release of their liens contingent on a number of things. One was that SeD inject an asset into AMBS. They also required that AMBS hire (and pay for) a valuation firm to value the asset or assets that SeD puts in. The minimum acceptable value was $12.5M. But we have seen no evidence that they have hired a valuation firm or have any money to pay them.
Also, any investment into AMBS or AVDX must be accompanied by a fairness opinion. These things cost a lot of money. Without the bridge, how does AMBS do all of this?
When is the last time the lawyers got paid too?
The lack of the bridge is killing us in my opinion.
