1. If you really want someone to trust you, don't say "Trust me".
2. If you don't want to sound like a soft basher, avoid starting a sentence with "I hate to say it..."
3. When someone says "I am still holding a good amount", it's usually code for "I completely sold out and hoping to buy back lower"
For example, who would believe me if I said:
"Trust me, I hate to say it since I am still holding a good amount, but it seems like maybe someone put in a large market order to drive down the sp so they could buy back lower. "

Avant has kept their website up for years with no money prior. You can host websites for free or next to nothing these days. The website being down because of pending M&A is more likely scenario. The unknown is what kind of deal.
