Quote:A convertThis one is big because I have watched this man back up the rethugs for years
Just got an email from him. He said " I can no longer support the Republican party. I feel they have no integrity left standing behind Donald Trump." He then went on to say he feels ashamed for having voted for Trump(R). I asked him what has caused his shift. He said he was in the military a long time and that he knows how certain inflections can be given with words and facial expressions and used as a command.
He said while he was watching the Comey testimony on tv he just knew in his gut that Comey wasn't lying. He said that's when he knew that Trump(R) was lying about obstruction. He also feels that the Republicans are covering for him knowingly and he said that's why he doesn't want to be a Republican anymore. This is an old man who has been a life long Republican.
These actions of Trump(R) are creating a house of cards for the Republican party. Might take a while.. it is having it's effect though.
