Looks like JSJ note took their first round of money. VFIN off the ask now. VFIN 's ask was answered with slapin and buying before they moved off. But some bid sitting got .0009's - 0012's at the start of the conversion.
Seems to be lots of support. Did not appear to be retail dumping. My opinion, those that wanted to sell already have. Large holders still in and likely flipping will bounce NHMD around here until that carrot comes.
Also, there was a typo in the action filing stating A/S increase. This typo stated, in one paragraph late in document "reverse stock split" when it should have said increase in authorized shares. So bashers having a time with that.
A:S increase due to preferred shares can convert and note holders usually demand a large cushion. At least around 800mil was needed plus note conversion.
I feel strongly this AS will not be close to maxed out..
