You can draw a line from one dissolved entity to another via the name(s) of key individuals and SEC records, but they very often become a totally different company once the recycling has occurred.

The only dilution pertinent in this scenario, for Rocky Mountain High Brands, is that which has occurred directly in connection with the building of this brand and the Eagle Spirit brand. Anything beyond that just isn't apples to apples and not relevant at all due to the fact that the brands and the situations are like oil and water.

I don't contend that Jerry never had any "duds" mixed into his entrepreneurial successes, but I maintain that fact to be irrelevant when assessing this investment.

Why talk about something that bashers used to dredge up regularly since it truly doesn't pertain to the present situation? Besides, Jerry had demonstrated true consideration for shareholders at the point of exit from that era.

Just seems unnecessary and most likely misleading to bring up pre-Rocky Mountain High era issues. The Phoenix has risen from the ashes, and is ready to kick some asses!
