About two years ago I talked at a shareholders meeting about the absolute necessity of turning a profit and was laughed at. Jesse Lerman is a young man and a brilliant one at that. Sometimes the youth in all of us can make us brash and put the cart before the horse. I know Jesse wants to be number one and has done so thus far but it is necessary to earn money to continue. I think he has been made painfully aware of that fact when Gerry withdrew his support. Doing things on their own rather than hiring Emmett would have been much cheaper but I'm not sure they could have done it.
A year later I spoke at a special shareholders meeting about the mistake being made with a 200 to 1 reverse split. This is not the big board and Emmett did not expect what was about to happen to the company so I was laughed at once more.
We have come thru it all. The one reason is the fact that the shareholders have stood their ground and refuse to give in to the customary fire sale that follows a reverse split in the penny market.
We have no problem here. We will hold what we have and add if we can and keep the shares out of the hands of shorty. This company will win the technology war and go on to greatness and those with vision will prosper
