Most feel the reverse split was a mistake but what

Most feel the reverse split was a mistake but what if it is not a big mistake? What if TEVE is in fact on the verge of being profitable? I don't think Mr. Lenfest cares about getting a cash dividend but what if he is annoyed by the manipulation that has taken place with TEVE and wants to reward his shareholders for all they have endured? Why bother spending all the money necessary to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements if your shareholders are going to be abused by Wall Street Banksters and their pals? Why not go dark for awhile? Why not use the cash saved to either grow the business or reward shareholders via cash dividends?
Why not get TEVE profitable, let the regulators clean up our markets and then list on a higher exchange?
In the meantime since some are claiming there are no shorts it could not be claimed that management was causing a short squeeze by paying a dividend now could it?
I'm not sure if I am on the right track with my thinking but I can't help but think this plan is for far more than to shutter the company. I cannot envision Mr. Lenfest going that route no matter what. jmho
