You are correct, and hence the study's to see how high this tower must be for the highest efficiency. What's exciting is that this is one of the items needed to complete the permanent financing. Once this and other details are completed such as the quarterlies that are in the process of being filed, we will see the completion of the permanent financing. At this point, we will have the date of ground breaking, date of power delivery and the start of power agreements. Now is the time to stock up on stock
