$TURV Back In Production, At Last! Investor Update 05/23/17
Under our new structure, each greenhouse has two tenants.
The first tenant in our first greenhouse (GCP 1) started growing the first of February and started harvesting last week.
The second tenant was approved for growing last night in a meeting with Pueblo County authorities and GCP 1 is now in full production.
It's been a long haul from when production unfortunately stopped last year. Thanks to McGrow, LLC, who provided their proprietary greenhouse operations skill set for our tenants and a majority of investors, we are back! Hooray!!!
Our tenant said in a tweet on Sunday referring to the trichomes on their flower product, "Can't have much more frostiness than this!" See the left picture in the second row below.
The tenant expects to start selling "trim" next week and "flower" in 3-4 weeks after a curing process.
Rent payments should commence on July 1, 2017.
Two Rivers Water & Farming is a 50% owner of the first greenhouse and the other greenhouse structures in the Pueblo County, Colorado complex.
Rental payments are $30 sq ft on single 105,000 sq ft greenhouse facility.

GrowCo expects to put up 3 greenhouse facilities and several associated structures totaling 500,000+ sq ft in the Pueblo County complex by the end of 2018.
