I had to stop writing valuation posts because the "if-then" numbers very quickly got crazy. A year ago I posted a conservative estimate that used real world examples of drug sales to market cap. For just Prurisol, OM, UP, and ABSSSI, the MC hit $15 billion pretty easily.
And Farai response:

Yep. Truthfully, Prurisol if it encroaches on the biologics, say 50-60% PASI 75 mark could be sold off for $10B alone. One drug almost to your $15B mark. So, yes, absolutely. Really it's a question of time here. Most investors simply don't have the patience to wait it out as they see other opportunities come and go, and they themselves grow frustrated with the share price swings. But if you take a step back see where the science is, and the data signals, and the competitive set (both in trials and on market) it doesn't take a biotech wizard to see that Cellceutix is sitting on some really valuable drugs. I just bought a 500 acre mountainside ranch in Nevada. And for the last ten years have been working hard with a small team of miners to prove some serious gold ore valuation. I invited Rio Tinto to have a look and they've submitted a joint venture request to mine the hell out of the place, and Anglo submitted a proposal to acquire the ranch outright.
We're sitting on a massive gold mine.
(and no, I don't own a ranch in nevada)..
