Does anybody know if they ever retired the shares

Does anybody know if they ever retired the shares stated in the press release from December, sorry for my ignorance of this stock, just trying to get up to speed. I just figure any stock with people this passionate about needs to be watched closely. thanks!!!!

CEO Zajay Trujillo stated, "As a result of this revenue stream we will retire 500,000,000 restricted common shares which will reflect on our next filing. This will give us the flexibility to comfortably accomplish current plans and seize future opportunities."
