My initial reaction is exactly the same; the results are so good that they don't need to have the 6th and final patient complete the trial for data, AND, they don't want the patient causing risk of not completing the trial in time to present at the Drug Discovery & Therapy World Congress in Boston, MA July 10-13, 2017. That is very, very telling to me that they are comfortable with a smaller data set in order to publish the results to their peers.
