My guess is that the results thus far in the third highest-dose cohort were so stunningly positive, CTIX felt no need to delay results to get that 6th patient recruited.

EDIT: Could even be that a prospective BP partner said five is enough, we're convinced. (Pure fanciful speculation on my part)
