You need to give people an incentive to work hard. If I read correctly, the incentives are based on milestones being achieved, even better...
What I read on this board was that no further dilution was anticipated. (from NTEK IR posted on this board by a shareholder, don't remember who).
Some folks took that to mean no more dilution, ever.
That is not a realistic expectation. Tried to convey that in previous posts months ago.
Wise use of share issuance is all I ask and expect. From what I see that is exactly what is happening.
At least they are telling us more is anticipated as well and the reasons why.
If the share price goes down because of it save money now and prepare to buy the dips.
And I wouldn't tell who the investor is by name either. Why set them up for potential attack by the folks who want to sink the company.
All in all.....a good letter in my opinion.
