If you read the last shl Ivan said share option plans will be given to employees which will benefit the company as the employees will have a stake in the company directly related to its growth. They said the institutional investor financed ntek enough for its deals and acquisitions, preventing dilution from those aspects. But employee stock options will happen. Which is totally fine with me.
