Dr. Baruch served as Head of the Israeli Ministry of Health’s Medical Marijuana Program from 2003 through 2013 where he spearheaded the efforts on regulation, chaired the indication committee, secured Helsinki Approvals for medical research, and managed regulation of patient licensing and dosage. He has extensive experience in researching medical cannabis, most notably for its effect on PTSD.
From 2004 until recently he served as CEO of Abarbanel Mental Health Center in Bat Yam, Israel. Prior to that, he was the director of Israel’s Ministry of Health medical management division, and director general of Be’er Yakov Mental Health Center. He has taught at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine.
ok, i trust in dr. baruch and the hospital in Israel they work with, the IRB, and the safety that owcp is striving for in all their products..anybody here is entitled to their opinion: the opinion that counts is the end user : the consumer...therefore, i will IGNORE any basher's opinions based on only the fact that they want to make a QUICK profit and then dump owcp...so-any negative posts here, imo, are towards that end--PERIOD!
and..about end users' experiences, for example, there is a migraine headache product on the market( not going to mention any names or the basher(s) will have a "hissy" fit-poor immature person... ok, this migraine headache products' name is easily recongnizable but what does it REALLY do for migraine headache sufferers-it gives them REBOUND headaches, i know of people who have experienced those rebound headaches...
summary: there is always going to be competition in every type of business..yet, if i am a consumer, i want the safest product on the market..because if it is a serious disease i have and the product i take does NOT work or causes furthur problems(like psoriasis drugs that marketed in the us now-with more serious side effects than benefits)- i would not want to have more adverse effects AFTER taking those kinds of products and if any one posting here doesn't like owcp and is invested in it...sell out and move on..otherwise you REALLY are NOT invested in owcp and are just a paid basher...too bad that this board has some posting on it like idrub or istink..oh well, owcp will have the last word...wait and see!
