I agree, the market is likely reacting to the comments in some of these letters, specifically, the part that reads in part "it would be obvious to a person skilled in the art to develop a...".
When I read that sentence I worry it means what a budtender does - help people get the proper CBD to THC ratios - won't be patentable.
I think this is why GW is being so shady with making new laws to protect it's upcoming anti-seizure meds.
