their BOD removal is easy. As CFO, he would seriously damage his career if he just up and left. So I'm not sure we're out of the woods on shoes dropping, but I am optimistic this means the portion where they needed absolute control is coming to an end, and now the conflicts of interest must be sorted out for a larger partnership. I would not be surprised if this BioLife does indeed become the source of funds once they acquire those funds themselves, as they've stated they may do.
