Here is his take on JB&ZJMY, and I quote:

" As part of the acquisition the company will be offering to current and future employees based in the Peoples Republic of China the opportunity to purchase new JB&ZJMY common stock units for $0.10 (Ten Cents USD) per share with one warrant attached exercisable for two years at $0.15 (Fifteen Cents USD) for a total of 10,000,000 (Ten Million) units pursuant to a Regulation S offering on a best efforts basis expiring on July 17th 2017. "

This enterprise may be centered on one man, but behind this business structure, will be the team's true strength of this company, and that is wealth!
This company's R/M allowed a respectable Chinese billionaire to 'GO PUBLIC' and what comes next, is the huge investment that will come at no coincidence. The Symbol/Ticker and Corporate name and that will follow with the financials is all part of the big sendoff.
The folks in this venture will send this off similar to IPO's and the first opening day trading.
I approached this company doing my first encounter, not so much on the announcement of the R/M (which I would have traded like any pinky), but the mindset of this merger, the cultural aspect of it's new management team, makes this 'The ultimate Penny Stock Play'.
People, the day of the opening of trading for this new company, the volume will astound many and write-ups will be explosive.
Business model is for today's times and the growth in renewable energy is the future. The product has the potential for major market share in the EV space.

This is going to $1.00 within the 3-5 days of the opening of trading. They have already lined up investors and the pressure will be so great, given the tight float, will soar and will eventually show assets to be a billion dollar MC.
The management mindset, for me, believes that they need to move to a higher exchange and the sooner we maintain a share price of $1.00 the better for this track.
These people will never be satisfied at being perceived as a pennystock company. Just way to many who's who in Chinese business circles that will want to be part of this new creation.
