Reason for activity? Certainly not happening from any good news. Maybe free restricted shares coming off restriction and basically being given away? If they were free, anything is a profit. VNDM is a serious trouble maker and dilutor. If that's the case, old bad news not withstanding, insiders may know trouble is again (or still) in sight.
Of course, we Shareholders will never know about problems until it's too late, Either there will be no SEC Filings, or they will be cryptic (many other words could be used here to describe prior statements made) and/or lacking, and will be updated and corrected months later after the information becomes useless.
Now @ 16 cents; remember when this was $2.40?
