There have been more ECTX shares bought today than all year to date. Probably all of 2016. If I didn’t know better, I would say insiders know that something is about to break, and friends and relatives were loading up. (Of course, we know that couldn’t be the case, since it would be an SEC violation, and ECTX has the utmost regard for SEC regulations and filings.
