Tank, welcome! So much breathing room here. Bashers are trying to control and create a script that twists the truth and creates fabricated scenarios in the silence.
About note. I can't say why they have not filed. Even if they did now, I don't believe the note can convert yet anyway. Not until July.
I have cans arriving in the mail today. Excited to see the changes, I have to hit the road after, so I may not share my thoughts on it until Sunday.
The word is they have made some small changes for the better. These changes, from my experience, indicate retail placement.
My speculation is they are working on deals, or even have one lined up. In order to avoid issues and problems in disclosing upcoming deals, I believe public will be notified as they hit shelves.
I can deduce that, until there is substantial revenue, product will be available regionally closer to production and storage until larger distribution can be acquired or brokered.
I am very very confident this company and Nate have unwavering intent to launch this product. And it will sell. That said, other highlights of this course
A/S is only 500million
No one is in any lower than 0012 and most are above that.
O/S has NOT been maxed out
Float is obviously locked (just seeing L2 is enough to know, and outside that, I'm confident others like myself are holding for a much greater valuation)
Online stores are open
They have shown to begin social media inroads
So, what to watch for imo,
News-obviously, but this could drop at anytime and I feel will not be "fluff" and if it is retail, one will be able to estimate a valuation that WILL BE much greater than it is now, even if OS was maxed out.
It's not all rosy and trees don't grow to the sky, so I have to say watch for increase in A/S. not that this will happen, but if it does, it will be for an executive reason and would no doubt be under attack by bashers and MMs. Also, an increase, IF ANY, would not be by much.
Also watch right now for any dip. Like I said NO ONE has shares lower than 0012. A dip manufactured, or by any conversions would be a BUY!
These are my quick thoughts for now. Hope that gives insight.
