I think Digital surmised that by their presence in the LLC. Makes sense, if so, to pay back the loan this quick. It was probably a nice idea back then, but when the regs formed with the states, MedMar was screwed. It was most likely OWC's idea in the first place, hence the financing from the two guys because the company had no money. Weinstein and the Laurel guy were positioned, in case something happened with Maryland.
