How do we know that Sinai and Dr Baruch put up the money? The original loan agreement was signed by Weinstein as CEO of Medmar and Ziv for OWC. I see where they are listed as being involved with the company but so is Weinstein and the previous mayor of Laurel, MD. I was just curious if there was proof of them putting up the money or corporate documents showing them listed as owners in Medmar.
