The reasons you listed could very well be part of the reasons Ziv was let go. Manufacturing of our products has to be done individually in every state because it can't cross state lines. So technically it would require a manufacturer in every state, I wouldn't doubt if owcp is finding there better off to spend there time and money in Europe, Canada, and Mexico where these conditions don't, or soon will not exist.
