So "The Lieutenant" comes from my college years.

During the time I was on academic delay, I was promoted from 2nd to 1st Lieutenant, and I was activated during the first Gulf War. Since I was no longer "Medic", I wound up in front of an Ordnance Platoon. So "The Lieutenant" was a common call.....usually preceded by "Where's the" of "Where's the f$%king Lieutenant now!"
LOL. I've had a history of not being able to take orders from anyone for too long.....guess that's how the first marriage ended.
Honorable discahrge in 93, that's when I ramped up my retail stores. by 2000 I was doing pretty well, and treated myself to a brand new H1....with the plate (and this is what brought back the memories when I read your post....."UNSTPBLE).
That was the best way to spell UNSTOPPABLE in 8 letters, though a lot of people who knew me saw it more as "UNSTABLE."
I was partners in "The Manhattan Brewing Company" in an old Con Edison Building on the corner of Broome and Thompson in the early 90s, but that didn't last too long (I was not the "controling" partner).
Years later I was getting bored with the retail stores when Barry Claire stumbled in (an old friend from some business dealings we had in the early 90s) and I bought my first BLTA certificate in 2010.
Been adding ever since.
Over the last 7 years I've maintained the retail stores, though if USGL works out I would definitely sell them. I also invested in what many refer to as "flipping houses" (and that is doing well for me), and about a year ago I invested with a few guys to start a Stone Crab Farm in the Bahamas (currently looking at 1,000 acres on Cat Island to cut the trenches and put the crabs in so that we can harvest all year long. Best thing is that you don't eat the crab....just the claws.....and the claws grow back in about 12 months).
LOL....its been a great ride so far, and I can't wait to see where USGL is going to take me next.......................
