Once again, I used a price point for shares when IR/Muse first publicized PPS Target of $0.01 at EOY 2016. How long has Muse been here - February/March of last year...? Then how could I have possibly asked for a higher price then it has been in over 5 years...? You directly quoted my PM. You put it in the public domain. It was absolutely CLEAR the price starting point was when IR made the claim of $0.01 so whatever the PPS was AT THAT POINT IN TIME is where I suggested starting the negotiation. So it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to have been HIGHER than any time in the last 5 years as I gave THE point in time to reference. This is an example of providing an example and/or substantiating a claim.
You can keep posting Bill's post until your fingers go numb. If Bill has a problem with what I am posting - he can contact me - he has my number. If he doesnt like my questions/ persistence- so be it. I dont like the double speak by IR/Muse. I dont like the way they treated shareholders. I dont like the way they represented the company. I dont like the fact the company didnt muzzle them nor take responsibility for what they put out in the public domain that they cant substantiate. If Bill doesnt luke my approach - so be it. Again, he has my number.
"We are working hard to get a great return for the shareholders but no matter what we do, some people will never be happy. " where is the great return? Where are the revenues? Where is the OS reduction that was adamantly committed to? Business environment shifted? Shit happens. Contracts/SLA dont go as planned? Shit happens. Thats business. You give the good and bad to the shareholders straight up. You dont miss a repeatedly affirmed target by multiple orders of magnitude only to replace it with one even more ludicrous relative to business at hand.
