I believe another poster asked what your motive is

you even said.....
"There is more scrutiny but if a stock is trading at 0.0001 with a ballooning AS, no revenues, and a long history of losses there would be significantly less scrutiny as one could easily argue the company is "worthless" to existing shareholders regardless of the "potential.""
WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE THEN??
to extort shareholders into buying your shares for a higher price than TPAC has been in over 5 years?! you are the one who is damaged sir, I cannot possibly cause you more damage than you already have done to yourself.
" If TPAC makes you this unhappy, then shut up, sell your shares and move on. And frankly I couldn't agree more."

Thesmalls
I have spoken to the gentleman who goes by the name thesmalls on two occasions. Both times he asked me to do something for him. On both occasions I said I would help him and asked that he refrain from posting for a few days, so that I could try to get him the results he was requesting. He agreed and then within an hour started posting and complaining again. So you lose patience with people who ask for help and then completely disregard what you asked them to do. And believe me, this happens all the time. I get innumerable emails and messages from the same people, asking for the same information, over and over again. While I may not agree with the bluntness of Muse, I do completely understand the reason for It. You lose patience with people who have one agenda and are blind to anything else. So if Muse goes off on thesmalls or anyone else, my guess is that they have pushed it too far. I started blocking anyone on Twitter who was complaining for two simple reasons. Firstly, it's not an appropriate forum and secondly and more importantly, the people who complain will always complain. They are always right and it's a waste of oxygen to try to convince them of your point of view. So when Muse says to move on or all of this isn't worth it, I think what they are saying is that they get tired of the constant crap from the same people over and over again. For most people, they are respectful and nice and interested. But for others, they have their own agenda and part of that agenda is to stir the pot and the other part is to be right, even when they aren't. So, as I said, I get tired of it and I'm sure Muse gets tired of it. We are working hard to get a great return for the shareholders but no matter what we do, some people will never be happy. I stopped reading iHub about a year ago, and rarely read this board, but the constant complaining from a few gets to be ridiculous. Muse's point I think is that life is too short. If TPAC makes you this unhappy, then shut up, sell your shares and move on. And frankly I couldn't agree more.
