As for a gray area...they have lost these cases before dating back to their founder who did four years for SEC violations and many others along the way.
As a former government employee who has trained, consulted, and worked with law enforcement at all levels, I know all it takes is for one SEC investigator to pick this case up and run with it. Or one congressman to get looped in on this after one of their family members gets screwed over by one of IHUB's boiler room attacks. Or any other squeaky wheel.
It's especially obvious they are clueless when they're using the Napster strategy to try and sidestep federal law.
Yes, it's the penny stock world...the Wild, Wild West where no laws apply. We all get that. But IHUB has gotten much more aggressive in their fraud. Criminals cannot self regulate well. Usually, they just commit crimes until they get caught. Especially ones like them, who aren't that bright.
