I don't disagree, but I know enough about the laws regarding site administration to know that a) it isn't quite as simple as we're stating it, and b) I'm not qualified to venture any further opinion. Whether Ihub would lose this argument or not would be for a court to decide, not a bunch of hotshot keyboard warriors like ourselves, as there is a definite grey area.
