NEW YORK, April 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC ) (or “Company”) announced today that it expects to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its report on Form 10-Q containing its third fiscal quarter results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2017 on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 after the close of the markets. The Company also expects to issue its earnings press release on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 after the close of the markets.
