first i suspect it's a duplicated trade
it's quite possible it's a legit sell .. i just
find the timing of when it first appeared (3.29.17)
*interesting* specific to what was engendered there
for *volume* by one of the Welland 3 .. and the day
it finally is utilized vs being an elastic *ask* (i.e. NC
on ask size) is another day of what i see as *orchestrated*
volume on PTOI
doing the post *there* .. since formatting is easier .. will
copy and port here in a bit ..
