O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OTOW) is pleased to announce that the O2USA Card television commercial has been aired on a block of national cable networks. The television commercial, in its first three weeks, has run 242 times on 78 different television shows at numerous times since its release. The commercial has brought considerable exposure to the O2USA Card division of the Company, which has already established Cards sales as a daily occurrence.

The Company has also recently received and is engaged in sub-contract work performing site equipment audits for a major wireless carrier through a contractor, providing the Company with yet another opportunity to generate revenues.

O2 Secure Wireless has recently submitted the updated financials to Pink Sheets, and the status is expected to reflect the update imminently. The Company is working diligently to bring the information required current with Pink Sheets in an effort to gain a tier status that accurately reflects the fully operational status of the Company.
