It took a while but the actual truth came out.

You defended Heddle stiffing his suppliers for years by comparing to your business saying that in your line of work you don't get paid until all the work is done.

Those components are just fine and will be paid for once they are needed.
In my business, we don't get paid until the work is complete
Yet now you say you submit invoices on the 25th of each and every month on large projects for work completed up until that point of the project.
So you are not being paid when the whole contract is complete.
Yet for some reason you think Heddle should be waiting to pay his suppliers for work completed until the whole contract is finished and they shouldn't be able to submit monthly invoices like you do.....
Quote:
We will then get paid once the GC has been paid by the owner, generally averaging 45-60 days from the date of the invoice
Can't have it both ways.
Heddle is stiffing his suppliers and it is indefensible when compared to somebody that invoices for work completed up until the 25th of each month.
