I wonder just how much damage Ziv did during his tenure. He seems to have been involved in everything business wise until recently. Lets go back to the Kodiak situation-what a mess. I have read the complete description of what happened, and while the law firm sucked according to the 8k, where was oversight on the OWC end? They make it out like they were lambs brought to slaughter, if it was Ziv on the OWC side, maybe it was. You cant blame lawyers for everything, and the 8k said someone was coerced by Jim Fitzpatrick of Kodiak to sign off on the transfer which allowed shares to be sold. It would make sense that someone who wasnt very smart did that and it could only have been Mordechai or Ziv. I dont think it was Mordechai, as Ziv seemed to handle things outside of Israel. His name, not Mordechai's, is on all the patents as co inventor of all the tech. Not a chance, he was a cell phone salesman. Next, the Wall St Conference. From onsite views, he did a terrible job. His job has always been Market Development- what development did he ever do? Few PR's or 8k's and poor decisions on dropping them late on Friday's, limiting their effect on shorts. It was the manic pump on MMJ stocks that fueled our big run. It was his inability to market that dropped us farther than our peers when the pump died out. His work had bugged me for a while prior to that, and had to put it out there. Not sad to see Alon there now.
