I have been away for few days and just saw your post. Great insight and understanding. In the end none of the KMB stuff matters they continue to frustrate their enemies and those folks are just what can you say clueless. Hangover Joe's continue to grow the brands and we see this in social media and it continues to grow. They continue to add more dealers. How are they doing it LOL! What is funny as the other side just keep grasping at straws and are total ignorant in what i would call a melt down stage. When you have have to lie daily and over and over your exposed as fraud and you have no media power compared to HJOE you just pissing in the wind. As i said before the dark phase is allowing the company to move forward and the mushrooms are being keep in the dark, it's actually a beautiful thing. It's quite funny how lost they are. Your insights i agree with so much. The company is moving forward in Asia and actually in Europe, they are in the process now with a large European distributor that came to the USA last July and are moving forward with all the things that legally need to be done in all the cross boarder countries throughout Europe.

I don't know the overall direction they are going with this, but with the uptick in Jacks SM, we can only surmise that Jacks, in some way is going to be a major player in HJOE returning. I'm not sure what it is yet, but I think they'll have a big role." You are correct this puts a whole new twist on things and will allow the company to enter a market segment that is massive.
I don't think anyone even understand yet how large of a marget segment the new brand will reach but it will also build loyality and it will create resources and life long consumers of the brands. Also the new dealer program since Hangover Joe's ended the contract with SMS is looking so much stronger and is adding so much more added value to new dealers and to current dealers creating value and new market segments.
The company is moving forward in many ways in the dark period and that has become a nice advantage for shareholders as well as the company. Dealers are doing festivals all over the country and this in itself is worth so much in brand building, they are exposing the brands to hundreds of thousands. They have some really large festivals coming and there will be a lot more markets added with new dealers in the USA! The new programs will make the dealers more profit and also give them a high standing in their local communities. Thanks again for your insights to this board.
